Final pricing depends on inspection of your vehicle, glass availability, and the specific work required, and may change accordingly. We will confirm details with you before performing work.

Insurance Claims

We are glad to assist with and file insurance claims on your behalf. However, coverage, approval, deductibles, and payment decisions are determined solely by your insurance carrier. Rite-Way is not responsible for your carrier's coverage determinations, and you remain responsible for any amounts your insurer does not pay, including any applicable deductible.

Appointments and Mobile Service

We offer in-shop and mobile service. For mobile service, you are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location and any required permissions. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, parts availability, and scheduling.

Warranty

Rite-Way stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, coverage, and limitations will be provided with your service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, road hazards, further impacts, or improper care after service.

Payments and Financing

We accept major credit cards, cash, and pay-over-time financing through third-party partners such as Klarna. Financing is provided by those partners and subject to their terms, approval, and agreements, which are separate from these Terms. Rite-Way does not make credit decisions.
