For years, we have provided services to you and your family and we are committed to maintaining our same rigid safety and cleanliness practices. Because cracked windshields and other broken vehicle glass is a safety concern, we provide essential service and are still operating under our normal business hours. In the wake of COVID-19, we remain committed to your safety and are implementing additional practices and trainings for all of our technicians and staff. We believe in doing things the Rite-Way.
As a primarily mobile service provider, we deliver auto glass services to your home or business. Our technicians are using disposable, single-use safety gloves and we encourage all of our customers and technicians to keep a safe distance between one another during service interactions. We have suspended hand shaking and any other person-to-person contact. We’re able to accept payment over the phone and process your payment without contact. We ask customers to leave their keys in the car, rather than handing them to us. Our technicians let you know when the job is done and you can retrieve your keys.
Rite-Way Auto Glass continues to follow the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local health departments to maintain the safest environments for our customers. In doing so, our technicians will give you a call before arriving at your home or business, so please feel free to let us know of any special requests or concerns.
Our business is dependent on both our customers as well as our dedicated and talented employees. We are committed to working together to safeguard our customers and employees during this critical time. As we continue to service your vehicles, we are confident we will emerge from this pandemic a stronger Rite-Way Auto Glass family.
